Is Shipping Free?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all paid orders. Additionally, we provide Express Handled Shipping for a nominal fee on paid items.
For promotional free items, customers are required to cover the shipping costs, as the product itself is provided at no charge.
Why Is My Order Being Shipped in Different Packages?
If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages due to:
- Shipment from different warehouses for faster delivery.
- Backordered items being shipped as they become available.
This ensures you receive your order as quickly as possible without unnecessary delays.
When Will I Receive My Order?
We ship from both domestic and international warehouses to ensure efficient delivery. Estimated delivery times:
- USA Orders: 7-14 business days (varies by product).
- Other Countries: 10-30 business days (varies by product and customs processing).
Please note: Unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather disruptions, or high demand may affect delivery times.
Production & Custom Order Lead Time
For custom-made styles, production timelines depend on the ordered quantity. Small-batch orders typically require 2–3 weeks, while larger quantities usually require 4–6 weeks. Production begins after order confirmation and final design approval, where applicable.
What If My Order Is Delayed or Lost?
All orders are shipped with insured tracking. If your order is stuck in transit, delayed, or lost, we deeply regret the inconvenience. While shipping carriers operate independently, we encourage you to review our Refund & Resend Policy for further assistance.
Will I Be Charged for Customs and Taxes?
Our prices are displayed tax-free in USD. Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are not covered by Shri Sajya Boutique and must be paid by the customer.
If your order is shipped from a domestic warehouse within your country, additional duties or taxes will not be applied.
For specific charges, kindly consult your local customs office. We are not responsible for customs-related delays.
