Custom-made and sale items are final sale, but for other eligible products, returns are accepted if they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Customers cover the return shipping cost.

  • International orders: 10–30 business days (depending on customs and location)
    Custom/bulk orders may require 2–6 weeks of production time before shipping.

Some items may ship separately due to different warehouse locations or backorders.

Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. If your package is delayed or stuck in transit, please refer to our Refund & Resend Policy.

Our prices are displayed in USD and are tax-free. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces: Non-returnable, non-refundable.

  • Sale items: Also not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Custom-made and sale items cannot be returned or refunded, but unused, undamaged regular products in original packaging with proof of purchase may be returned within the given window.

In rare cases, partial refunds may be granted for items returned in a damaged condition or missing parts (not caused by RGN).
